We connected the system directly into Instagram and began testing it live.

Within a week or so, the system was already matching human booking performance.

So we kept working on it.

Platform integrations.
Delay logic.
Disqualification systems.

Since then, BB9 has evolved into the conversational system quietly used by operators who care about speed, consistency, and booked calls.
